These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph7774 ("ph7774," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph7774.vip (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all services, products, features, and content offered on the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, card games, online sabong, and all related promotional activities.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or any of its services.

To register and maintain an account on the ph7774 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

2. You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to register accounts.

5. You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ph7774 or any of its affiliated software or service providers, unless express written permission has been granted by ph7774 management.
6. You have not previously had a ph7774 account terminated for violation of these Terms.

Each eligible player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the ph7774 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or using different email addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You undertake to promptly update your account information whenever it changes. ph7774 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph7774 login credentials, including your username or registered mobile number and password. You must notify ph7774 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph7774 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification of suspected compromise.

3.2 Account Ownership

Your ph7774 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your account or any balance held therein to any third party. Winnings, bonuses, and credits in your account are linked to your identity and cannot be claimed by or transferred to another person.

In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, ph7774 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds and in other circumstances. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at ph7774's request:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph7774 may result in the restriction of account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal processing. ph7774 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful verification without liability to you for any resulting delay.

ph7774 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your ph7774 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those made using another person's GCash account — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• ph7774 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees which are your sole responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your ph7774 account balance upon confirmation of successful payment from the relevant payment provider. ph7774 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing issues.
• ph7774 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is suspected to be fraudulent or made in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals from your ph7774 account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to you following KYC procedures.
• ph7774 targets a processing time of approximately three (3) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary based on payment provider availability and peak usage periods.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period of up to 24 hours if the account has not yet completed KYC verification, if the withdrawal amount exceeds ₱50,000, or if ph7774's risk and compliance team identifies the transaction for further review.
• ph7774 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount, as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for applicable bonus terms.

ph7774 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have provided accurate registration information and satisfied applicable KYC requirements.
• Each bonus offer is valid only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Unclaimed or expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or turnover requirements) which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• ph7774 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively completing its wagering requirements will be permitted to do so under the original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to guarantee extraction of bonus value, or coordination with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and card games offered on the ph7774 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflict pertains to game-specific mechanics, in which case the individual game rules shall apply.

ph7774 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers operating under studio management protocols. All game outcomes are final once a round is completed and the system has recorded the result. ph7774 does not retroactively alter game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally, ph7774 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund the wager to the player's account. No winnings will be paid on the basis of a voided round.

For sports betting, all wagers are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or data provider recognized by ph7774. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to data feed latency will be voided.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ph7774 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC procedures
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment instruments for deposits
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of ph7774
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any gains from such exploitation are void and subject to recovery by ph7774
• Engaging in conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses ph7774 staff, live dealers, or other players
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines
• Accessing the Platform using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures

ph7774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

Where an account is suspended for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, the player may request a review by contacting ph7774 support. ph7774 will complete such review within seven (7) business days. Where suspension is confirmed as a result of a Terms violation, the player forfeits all bonus balances. Real money balances not connected to Terms violations will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any required investigation.

Gambling at ph7774 should be an entertainment activity, not a financial strategy or a mechanism for resolving financial difficulties. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to treat their gaming activity as recreational.

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. ph7774 will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from re-registering.

All content on the ph7774 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the property of ph7774 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ph7774. Any unauthorized use may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph7774 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if ph7774 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall ph7774's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount of real money funds held in your ph7774 account at the time the claim arose, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

ph7774 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

ph7774 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to ph7774's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs how ph7774 handles your personal information, including data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and gameplay.

ph7774 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and under certain circumstances, request the deletion of your personal data held by ph7774. ph7774 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — ph7774 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying you via your registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was initiated.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph7774, you agree to first contact ph7774 customer support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. ph7774 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the matter to the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR. Where PAGCOR jurisdiction does not apply, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
